Air Liquide

Objective: «To put yourself in the best conditions to arise, rest, breathe.»

Today the air in our cities is increasingly polluted, we tried to provide a solution to improve the quality of breathing in the city. Its organic architecture allows it to be integrated into an urban environment and provide a natural athmosphere.

In summer, it brings freshness, cleans the air … In winter, it provides shelter against rain, protects from cold and wind and also allows you to breathe easier.

This cocoon acts like a natural protection against climatic hazards and pollutants. This space becomes an oxygen bubble which can get you away from the daily routine, and invite you for a «city break». During the night, the structure shines thanks to the energy captured during the day by way of a photovoltaic system and LEDs. Our spaces are connected with an application which allows users to locate it and to have details about the pollution and the surrounding climate.

Our main problem was to create a enclosed urban space. Our space would offer different functions in different scenarios influenced by the outside environment like weather, pollution and the heat.
